While not an "official" 4SQRP meeting, we had an informal "Dinner with Doug" on June 26th to welcome Doug, KI6DS, back to the four states. Our first evening get-together was well attended by 14 enthusiastic QRP'ers and home builders.
Our guest of honor was Doug Hendricks, KI6DS. Doug traveled to the four state area from his home in California, via Ham-Com in Texas. He shared the latest news from NorCal and the American QRP Club as well as QRP happenings around the country.

Barney's special tonight was baby back ribs, fresh from the smoker outside. Some pretty good eating that was enjoyed by the four state gang.

Russ NØQLT brought a home brew Sidekick receiver that he just finished for show and tell. Unfortunately, the photos of the receiver did not turn out very well.
